- 3 months’ training (1 month theory lessons; 2 months in-house practical training) conducted by professional CADD lecturers, senior CADD staff and experienced practitioners from AEC industries.
- 19 months industries attachment programmes (IAP) under the supervision of senior, ex-CADD staff, in-house trainer and professional in the AEC industries.
- Our training covers some of the most progressive and widely-used software in the AEC industries, including AutoCAD and Microstation. Training shall cover several disciplines. (M&E, piping, Civil/Structural, Architectural etc.)
- To serve a 2-year renewable Job Agreement (JA) with us.
- CADD Trainees work on-site at our client’s offices with due consideration given to their skills and background.
- Excellent opportunities to gain diverse work experience by working with various clients and in a variety of projects during the 2-year JA..
- Trainees are paid Fixed Monthly Component (FMC) during the training period. The Variable Monthly Component (VMC) shall be paid upon successful job placement.
- Upon the completion of the 2-year contract, trainees will receive a gratuity of up to S$5,000, depending on their conduct and performance.
- Upon being successfully recommended by us to join our client as their direct staff at the end of the 2-year JA, trainees are entitled to a one-off payment equivalent to 20% of the transfer fees paid to us by their future employer. Transfer fees may range from S$5,000 to S$12,000 depending on the trainee’s performance.
- Good classroom learning environment during theory lessons and in-house practical training.
Requirements
Applicants must be Singaporean or at least a Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) and have strong interest in CADD.
- PMETs and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Background or an educational qualification in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Piping, Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering and Plant or Shipping Design is preferred.
- We hire from a wide range of educational levels, including NTC, Diploma, Degree and Masters in any Engineering- or Building-related discipline.
- Assigned title of Trainee CAD Engineer/Operator depends on our recognition of the applicant’s educational qualification (i.e. NTC, Diploma, Degree or Masters)
- Willing to enter 2-years JA, willing to work hard and have good learning attitude.
- Candidates currently taking Part-time educational courses may apply.
