We have a constant demand for Trainees with a passion for teaching as well as immense project experience. Teaching others is one of the best ways of solidifying your understanding of a certain process or technical specialty.
Option 3: Join other Departments within AcePLP
If you wish to move out of technical functions, you may want to consider joining our HR or Sales functions. Sales managers with a deep knowledge of their service offerings have a huge advantage due to their ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
Option 4: Stay on as a BIM Specialist
Stay with us as a Senior CAD/BIM Engineer, Manager, or Coordinator to work on more challenging projects that involve management, coordination, and/or planning. BIM Specialists are also sponsored by AcePLP to undergo further studies to advance their career.
Option 5: Move on to other Engineering Sectors
Your vast project experience will be documented during your time with us in an official document known as a Service Specification. It can complement your personal portfolio when looking for other jobs within the industry.
