She works closely with consultants and contractors to deliver interoperable, standards-aligned BIM solutions that support real-world project execution.
Vanessa plays a key role in aligning AcePLP’s services with national priorities such as the Built Environment Industry Transformation Map and CORENET X, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of evolving digital standards. She also leads AcePLP’s engagement with technology partners and platforms, enabling open, interoperable solutions that foster industry-wide collaboration.

As Executive Director of Services & People at AcePLP, Valerie Tang leads the delivery of digital and information management services with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and responsiveness. She oversees project execution across the built environment—from buildings and infrastructure to industrial and plant sectors—ensuring that every engagement is grounded in technical rigour and operational excellence.
Valerie also serves as AcePLP’s people leader, championing a talent-first culture that nurtures growth at every stage.
